Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN, NP, or PA)
Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem

We are seeking experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injectors (RN, NP, or PA) to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for clinicians who value safety, autonomy, thoughtful aesthetics, and a refined patient experience—while also being interested in long-term professional and brand growth.
Role Responsibilities
- Perform injectable aesthetic treatments in accordance with California scope-of-practice regulations, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assess candidacy, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on risks, benefits, alternatives, and post-procedure care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinic leadership on protocols, outcomes, and quality standards
- Adhere to all HIPAA, OSHA, and California regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted California RN, NP, or PA license
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on injectable experience (neuromodulators and dermal fillers required)
- Completion of accredited aesthetic injector training
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and patient-centered approach
- This position is not open to new graduates
Compensation & Employment Details
- Employee (W-2) position
- Pay structure: base pay plus commission
- Compensation structure complies with applicable California wage and labor laws
- Final compensation determined by experience and role classification (Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem)
